What Fitzo stores, why it is used, and the controls available to you.

Data you choose to provide
Fitzo can store account details, profile and goal settings, food and water logs, workouts, habits, sleep, weight and measurements, notes, recipes, and community content. Photos, audio, and connected-health records are processed only when you choose the related feature and grant its permission.
How data is used
Your data is used to operate your diary, calculate summaries, sync your devices, restore your account, provide features you request, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Optional personalization, analytics, advertising, and marketing remain off unless you consent to each purpose.
Local storage and synchronization
Changes are stored on your device first and can sync to the authenticated Fitzo account when a connection is available. Web sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies; native credentials use operating-system secure storage. Connected providers receive only the scopes you approve.
Sharing and processors
Fitzo does not make private diary or health records public by default. Community visibility follows the audience selected for each post. Service providers may process the minimum data needed for hosting, payments, notifications, support, or a feature you explicitly start.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet security or legal obligations. Export and permanent deletion require re-authentication. Deletion revokes active sessions and removes synchronized account data; short-lived security logs and protected backups expire under their operational retention schedule.
Your controls
Settings lets you change language, units, reminders, privacy audiences, and optional consent. You can disconnect a provider, revoke device permissions in system settings, export your data, or delete the account. Revoking consent stops future processing for that optional purpose.
Safety and contact
Fitzo is not intended for unsupervised use by a child who cannot legally consent in their location. Do not place emergency or uniquely sensitive information in free-text fields. Use Contact support in Settings for privacy or account questions when a support address is configured.
